Job Description: Job DescriptionSentara Healthcare is currently seeking a full time Director of Customer Development and Marketing for Optima Health, that will be based at our corporate office in Norfolk, VA.
The Director of Customer Development and Marketing – Optima Health is responsible for management of the Optima Health brand and reputation, and for leading the development and implementation of customer acquisition and retention marketing strategies for health plan line of business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing required. Master’s degree preferred in business and/or marketing or related field.
8 years of Marketing experience is required. Experience marketing in a
health insurance or health plan environment preferred. Demonstrated ability in working with CRM platforms and related technology required.
Critical Thinking, Leadership, Management of Financial Resources, Management of Staff Resources, Marketing, Systems Analysis, Project Management.
Experience managing a team of marketing and communications professionals. Need strong project management skills and ability to initiate and complete full customer journey experience. Digital marketing skills a must. Experience in developing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies and campaigns preferred. Insurance experience strongly recommended.
