Scholarships are offered to all positions in the OR! \nWhen:\nThursday\, April 22\, 10am-1pm \nWhere:\nJoin us from a computer or mobile device\nRegister here: https://bit.ly/3s19ImG \nPositions we will be hiring for:\nRegistered Nurse\nSurgical Tech\nSafety Partner \nAbout SMJH’s Operating Room:\nPerforming an average of 7\,000 cases each year\, the Operating Room at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital (Charlottesville\, VA) has 8 OR suites and offers a variety of service lines including; Complex GYN\, Neurosurgery\, Vascular/Thoracic and Orthopedic surgery. It is also the 2nd highest-performing OR in the Sentara system for Orthopedic total joint procedures. A variety of shifts are offered\, including; 8\, 10 and 12 hours\, as well as days\, mid-shift and evenings. The department does have a call requirement\, with variations depending on staffing and role. Career development is offered\, encouraged\, and supported. Scholarships are offered to all positions in the OR\, with a focus on advancing knowledge\, increasing flexibility within the department\, and retaining skilled team members. \n\n
