It is also the 2nd highest-performing OR in the Sentara system for Orthopedic total joint procedures. A variety of shifts are offered\, including; 8\, 10 and 12 hours\, as well as days\, mid-shift and evenings. The department does have a call requirement\, with variations depending on staffing and role. Career development is offered\, encouraged\, and supported.
