Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking a Team Coordinator, Patient Care Services – RN for our Vascular IMCU.
Hours/Shift: Full Time, 40 Hours, Rotating Shift , will be required to rotate based on unit needs.
Relocation assistance can be provided!
The Team Coordinator, RN will assist the Manager with the daily 24-hour operations of the unit. Unit is comprised of approximately 70 clinical staff members.
Two years of nursing experience required, must have previous leadership experience, and a BSN.
This unit’s patient population includes:• On our 36-bed Intermediate Care "stepdown" Unit, our nurses are specially trained to provide care to select population of patients, providing them the opportunity to grow their skillset. • Twelve beds are for patients who undergo Kidney & Pancreas Transplant and 18 beds are for Vascular and an ENT population specific to head and neck cancers. Remaining 6 beds are for Intermediate Care patients.• Dedication to high quality patient care, positive patient outcomes, safety, growth & development, and teamwork is a standard of the 4R staff.
