Overview
- Performing application builds, upgrades, and system optimizations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues with minimal disruption.
- Evaluating software updates for business and clinical impact.

Education

Certification/Licensure
- EPIC Certification – Ambulatory (Required)
or
- EPIC Professional Billing Certificate (Required)
Experience
- Experience with an Epic Community Connect program is preferred

- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred

Current Epic Professional Billing (PB) or Epic Ambulatory certification and build experience is required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $91,416 – $152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
