Why This Role Matters

As the Talent Acquisition Manager over Acute/Post-Acute Recruitment, you'll shape the operational foundation of our talent strategy across acute and post-acute care settings, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional clinical and operational talent across our system. This is one of two Recruitment Manager roles reporting into the Director of Acute/Post-Acute, and you'll lead a team of 12-15 team members, including recruiters and coordinators. In a healthcare landscape where acute and post-acute talent is highly competitive, this role is central to our ability to deliver quality, safe patient care across the continuum.

The Manager oversees the effective attraction, screening, selection, and development of a high-performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline that supports safe staffing levels and quality patient outcomes at scale.

This role requires maintaining confidentiality and operating with efficiency and integrity in a fast-changing clinical staffing environment, while driving accountability and operational excellence.
