Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join one of the largest and most talented Vascular Surgery teams in the nation with expertise in every facet of Vascular Surgery. Exciting full-time position located at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. Join a collegial team of experienced and dedicated colleagues. Academic appointments are available at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Position Highlights:
- Academic appointment opportunity with Old Dominion University, including interactions with medical students, general surgery residents, and vascular surgery residency and fellowship programs.
- Access to a fully equipped angio suite at Sentara Careplex Hospital.
- Coverage across three hospitals with a rotating 1:5 call schedule.
- Dedicated OR and Vascular Lab staff, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Exclusive interpretation services provided by the vascular group for a busy, accredited vascular lab.
- Opportunity to bring patients to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, featuring two state-of-the-art hybrid ORs.
- Opportunity to participate in the Vein Center of Virginia, with locations in Newport News and Williamsburg.
- Primary office conveniently located at the busiest hospital, with in-office vascular lab services.
- Strong APP support is available for 12-hour days and evening shifts.
