Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse adult patient population

Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to coordinate comprehensive care

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Educate patients and families to support safe and effective transitions of care

Contribute to performance improvement and a culture of safety and accountability
Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management

Experience in medical-surgical or acute care preferred

New graduate RNs are also encouraged to apply
