Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Sr. Director Strategic Transformation Enterprise Integration Programs.
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Position Location: Hybrid, Hampton Roads
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
The Sr. Director Strategic Transformation Enterprise Integration is an experienced healthcare leader specializing in large-scale integration programs across health plans, hospitals, physician networks, and ancillary services within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Proven track record in leading post-close execution, and enterprise transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical alignment, and cultural integration. Passionate about building scalable frameworks that support growth, enhance care delivery, and drive measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration of health plans, hospitals, physician groups, and service lines across the IDN.
- Align clinical, operational, and financial goals with enterprise integration strategy.
- Oversee integration post-close execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical ops, IT, HR, finance, etc.) for smooth transitions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA,etc.) during all phases.
- Drive cultural alignment, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor KPIs to track performance, value realization, and care continuity.
- Develop scalable integration frameworks for future growth.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of project leadership and management experience.
