Background
This position serves on the newly formed Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) team. In conjunction with the SWP Center of Expertise and SWP leadership, this role supports the development and full build-out of system-wide workforce efforts, including comprehensive resources engineered toward retention and attraction imperatives. The position will streamline SWP team operations with a continuous focus on efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.
This is a full-time position with day shift hours and excellent benefits!
