Sentara Health Plans is currently seeking a Health Education Coordinator to join our team!
This is a Full Time position with day shift hours and great benefits!
Position is remote hybrid requiring 1-2 days in office per week
Office is located at 1330 Sentara Park, Virginia Beach VA
Occasional travel through Hampton Roads will be required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors level Degree
- Minimum of 3 years Project Management Experience
- Associates degree and 5 years of Project Managment Experience in lieu of Bachelors Level Degree
- Proficient in Excel
Primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing a variety of wellness activities for employer groups, at-risk populations, and the community at large to evaluate the health status, maintain outcomes quality and meet specific identified needs which promote wellness and improve health
- Data input, data management and data reporting
- Provide support for the Community Health and Prevention team
