Requirements:

Degree or Diploma from an accredited Registered Nursing Program

Registered Nurse License

Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program.

Students in the process of obtaining a Registered Nursing License
Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates who have completed a PeriOp 101 program.

Candidates who have previous Operating Room Experience
All nurses changing specialties or new graduates will be required to attend our PeriOp 101 cohort.

Clinical Ladder Program
Nurses start at Level I and automatically advance to Level II after one year. The ladder progresses up to Level V. Financial incentives are provided to nurses at each level and for maintenance within levels.
