Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Position Location: Remote (may have to occasionally come into our corporate office in Virginia Beach)
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (EST)
Minimum Requirements:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required: 3 Years of Secretarial Experience
Strongly Preferred: Executive Support, Customer Service, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Calendar Management
Comfortable supporting seven directors

Provides clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining records and files, and providing assistance to customers.
