This is a Flexi opportunity with rotating shifts.
The Radiology Technologist performs general diagnostic radiologic and Fluoro imaging studies of patients and/or works in a hospital or standing ED. Works within the scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include positioning of patient for demonstration of correct anatomy/pathology, operation of radiation producing equipment, operation of the electronic Radiology systems and preparation of patient room/equipment/medications.
Qualifications:
Trade School graduate – Radiologic Technology
Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain ARRT registry within 180 days of hire. Grandfathered staff at time of merger with military radiologic technologist training will be accepted in lieu of ARRT registry.
Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
