Overview
The Manager, Quality Management is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within the organization. This role involves leading teams that monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of products, services, and operational procedures. The Manager will develop and implement quality control systems, conduct audits, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and drive initiatives to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
Lead and manage the quality management team to ensure high standards of product and service quality. Develop and implement quality control processes, guidelines, and best practices. Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with operational teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of quality defects; propose and implement corrective actions. Provide training and guidance on quality assurance practices and tools. Drive the development and execution of strategies to mitigate potential quality-related issues.

- At least 3 years' Quality Improvement experience
- One years minimum of Leadership/Supervisory experience
