Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives

Analyze trends and develop action plans to improve patient care

Collaborate with nursing leaders, department heads, Physicians and clinical teams

Educate and mentor staff on best practices and performance metrics
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (or compact state)

BSN Required

Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred experience in Emergency or Surgical Services

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

A passion for quality improvement and patient safety

Project Management skills/Knowledge
