Are you an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) eager to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in Cardiology? Position Highlights:
- 80% Administrative, 20% Clinical (Outpatient/Inpatient)
- Provide supervision and oversight over all aspects of operations including patient care, customer service, budget, and risk management.
- Adapt leadership style to support achieving department goals and objectives.
- Accountable for developing, monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, patient experience, quality, safety, access and team member performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies and regulations and standards of care.
- Uphold clinical staff adherence to practice guidelines and competency expectations
- Responsible for developing and retaining staff with the goal of developing a highly reliable work team
- Develop metrics to measure success
- Partner with APP Team Coordinator for APP Recruitment
- Responsible for facilitation of coding and billing initiatives, independent rounding considerations, etc.
