Position Highlights:
- Employed Position with Sentara Medical Group.
- General GI and/or Advanced GI.
- Strong referral base with quick ramp-up, and physician marketing support to assist in building your practice.
Compensation and Benefit Highlights:
- General GI Clinical Base Salary – $610,000/year plus wRVU Productivity Compensation.
- Advanced GI Clinical Base Salary – $630,000/year w/RVU Productivity Compensation.
- Quality Performance Incentives – $24,500/year.
- Generous Sign-on/Commencement and Retention Bonus.
- Annual CME Allowance – $7,500.
- Paid Malpractice with tail insurance
- Comprehensive Benefits Package with medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, and retirement plans with matching contribution.
