Energy Manager
The Energy Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the energy management program by setting goals and strategies to save energy, conducting energy audits and providing technical assistance. The Energy Manager will implement and maintain oversight of the practices and procedures to reduce energy consumption and improve overall efficiency.
Education

Experience
- A minimum of five years experience in Building Energy Management
- Building Operations
- Construction
- A minimum of five years electrical, energy analysis and HVAC
- Life Cycle Cost and Analysis Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
•Demonstrated understanding of EPA’s Energy Star Certification Program.
•Highly analytical and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and complete multiple simultaneous projects on deadlines.
•Working knowledge of energy utility systems.
•Strong quantitative and technical skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat
